Volunteer Service and the Benedictine
Community Experience
Individuals and families of various ages and stages in life join with Celebration for a time to experience Benedictine Community, participating fully in the various aspects of Celebration's life:
A minimum stay of a month to allow time to become integrated into the life and work of the
Community is the norm, but shorter visits are occasionally scheduled. Participants provide
their own health insurance for the duration of their stay, as well as money to cover personal
expenses; Celebration provides room and board.
Daily worship
Living in a community household
Involvement in the local church
Ministry in and around Aliquippa
Study and reflection
Recreation
